Informal Resolution: We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Before filing any legal proceeding, you agree to try to resolve the dispute by contacting us at irfan@influenceboard.co.
Arbitration: Where permitted by law, any disputes not resolved informally within 30 days may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Connecticut.
Note: Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site with an updated date and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
